Cumhur Arıkanoğlu

Head of Corporate Security, Business Continuity, and Incident Management, HSBC Turkey

Cumhur graduated from the Police Academy in 1991 and worked in various fields in the Turkish National Police for 19 years. During this period, he served in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission and the Rule of Law Mission of the European Union for approximately 4 years in Kosovo and Liberia. After retiring from the civil service in 2010, he worked for a short time at TAV Istanbul Atatürk Airport and joined HSBC in January 2012.


Business Continuity & Incident Management, HSBC Turkey

Cüneyt holds a degree in Finance from the Gazi University. He started his professional career in Türk Ticaret Bankası Internal Audit department in 1998. After working in audit positions at different banks, he started to work at Garanti Bank in the department of Business Continuity and Crisis Management between 2008 and 2014. He joined HSBC in 2014 and continues to work in this organisation as a Business Continuity and Incident Management Manager. Cüneyt has 13+ years of business continuity, crisis management and resiliency expertise.

Eda joined Everbridge in January 2021 to expand Everbridge into Turkey and Azerbaijan. With more than 20 years’ experience, she has helped accelerate the setup of international companies in the Turkish market. For the last 7 years Eda has been focused on building a market for Human Touch, a risk mitigation platform for enterprise. Under the EEMA region she acted as Country Manager for Turkey and helped build brand recognition and awareness of risk mitigation, business continuity, health & safety, and security capabilities for them.
